Politeknik Piksi Ganesha, December 17, 2024 – A significant collaboration event took place on December 17 at the Piksi Convention Center in Politeknik Piksi Ganesha. The Jambore Kader Posyandu Tingkat Kelurahan Maleer, aimed at improving community health, brought together local leaders, health professionals, and members of the Kelurahan Maleer community for a day of learning, partnership, and celebration.

The event kicked off with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Politeknik Piksi Ganesha and Kelurahan Maleer, marking a formal commitment to collaborate on initiatives that will enhance local health services. This MoU signifies the importance of partnerships in achieving sustainable development, particularly under Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 17, which emphasizes the power of collaboration in achieving global goals.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. H. K. Prihartono AH, M.M., MOS., CMA., MPM., MBA, Director of Politeknik Piksi Ganesha, delivered the opening remarks, stressing the critical role of community partnerships in fostering better health outcomes. “This event exemplifies how collaboration between educational institutions and local communities can create long-lasting impact. We are committed to supporting initiatives that promote the well-being of our neighbors and the larger society,” said Prihartono.

The event featured a series of lectures focused on health topics, aiming to empower community members with knowledge that will aid in improving local health services. In addition to the informative sessions, attendees enjoyed exciting activities including door prizes and a yell competition, adding an element of fun to the day’s proceedings.

Representatives from Kelurahan Maleer also played a prominent role, with local leaders and members joining the event to strengthen their ties with the educational institution and share their own health initiatives with the audience.
