PIKSI provides Transportation and Housing Subsidies to its Employees

Politeknik Piksi Ganesha (PPG) consistently supports employee welfare through its transportation and housing subsidy programs. The initiative includes various forms of transportation assistance: a fuel subsidy providing direct cash for fuel purchases, a parking subsidy with free parking access for employees, lecturers, and students, and a private vehicle subsidy, covering both purchase and maintenance support.

In housing, PPG offers permanent staff and lecturers access to subsidized housing units, with 21 units available this year across several strategic and scenic locations in Bandung City. This support aims to ease the financial burden of home ownership, ensuring employees benefit from accessible and comfortable living arrangements. 

“This housing subsidy has greatly relieved my housing costs. The selected locations are both strategic and offer a pleasant, cool environment,” said Ardelia Astriyani, a permanent lecturer who received the subsidy in early 2022.

Similarly, Hilmi Andriyani, an academic staff member, shared, “I appreciate the vehicle subsidy; it has made my commute faster and more efficient.” 

Eligibility for these benefits considers length of service, performance, and transportation or housing needs. Through these subsidies, PPG enhances employee loyalty, satisfaction, and productivity, creating a supportive work environment that fosters talent retention and enriches the quality of life for its employees and their families.
