The APCoRE PIKSI2023 Hybrid International Conference is a three-day, activity initiated and organized by the Consortium in partnership with the Quezon City University, Abra State Institute of Science and Technology, Lyceum of the Philippines University, University of Cagayan Valley, Politeknik Piksi Ganesha and Academic International Consortium of Indonesia (AIC-Indonesia) together with various academic partners with the support from the SEAMEO TED, SEAMEO CECCEP and other organizations. The conference was endorsed by the Philippine Commission of Higher Education (CHED) and the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC).
