Yuyun Yunengsih, A.Md.RMIK., S.ST., M.M a distinguished lecturer in the Health Information Management Program at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha, Bandung, Indonesia, proudly represented her institution and country at the Asian Graduate Studies Summit (A-GRASS) 2025, organized by the Asia-Pacific Consortium of Researchers and Educators (APCORE). The prestigious event took place at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, Vietnam.

At this international academic forum centered on sustainability and global development, Ms. Yuyun presented her research entitled:

“Optimization of Digital Marketing in Increasing Patient Visits Based on Online Booking System at Prima Husada Clinic Bandung.”

Her research explores to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing in increasing the number of patient visits at Prima Husada Clinic Bandung. Her presentation will cover four key parts:

An overview of Prima Husada Clinic and the challenges faced
The implementation of the online booking system
Digital marketing strategies utilized
Analysis of patient visit data before and after implementation, followed by conclusions and recommendation.
