She highlighted case studies and research insights demonstrating how strategic HR practices contribute to healthier, more resilient, and efficient organizations, aligning with the principles of SDG 8 and SDG 3. The research concluded that The hospital’s success is supported by a culture of teamwork and adaptive leadership. Involving staff in decision-making and encouraging innovation helps the hospital improve continuously and stay sustainable. Technology and strong HR practices have helped Humana Prima Hospital deliver better care and stay competitive in the healthcare industry.

Even though the hospital faces challenges like adapting to new technology and resistance to change, it sees these as chances to grow. Its ongoing efforts to improve HR strategies have created a more positive work environment, leading to better teamwork, satisfaction, and performance among staff. Other healthcare institutions can learn from Humana Prima Hospital’s approach. Important steps include investing in staff training, using digital HR tools, and building a strong, collaborative workplace. By continuing to innovate, the hospital sets a good example of how HR transformation can lead to better healthcare services. Sani’s seminar drew attention from regional HR experts, healthcare leaders, and policy advocates, sparking conversations about the critical need to redesign workplace environments for both economic performance and employee health. She advocated for the integration of mental health support, continuous learning systems, and equitable work policies to drive sustainable organizational growth in Southeast Asia. Her active role at A-GRASS 2025 underscored Indonesia’s commitment to sustainable human capital development and innovation in workforce management. The summit provided a collaborative platform for future leaders to explore how cross-sector innovation can address the challenges of economic inclusion and public health.
