Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Supports SDG 1 Through Donations to Pesantren dan Panti Sosial Amanah Mulia

As part of its ongoing commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly SDG 1: No Poverty—Politeknik Piksi Ganesha has extended meaningful support to the local community through a donation visit to Pesantren dan Panti Sosial Amanah Mulia, located at Villa Ruing Palem, Desa Sumbersari RT 04/RW 06, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung.

This social outreach program involved the participation of the Student Executive Board (BEM) and was led by Ibu Intan Mutiara, the Head of the Student Affairs Department (Kepala Bagian Kemahasiswaan). The team delivered essential donations and took time to engage with the residents, strengthening the spirit of care and community involvement.

Donations included basic necessities such as food supplies, hygiene items, and daily needs—aimed at improving the well-being of the residents at the pesantren and social home. Beyond providing material aid, this visit also served as an educational moment for students to witness the reality of social challenges and their role in addressing them. Through such initiatives, Politeknik Piksi Ganesha continues to nurture a culture of compassion, service, and sustainability—producing not only competent graduates but also socially responsible citizens aligned with the vision of the Sustainable Development Goals.
