Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Participates in Baparekraf Developer Day 2025: Bridging Indonesian Developers with Cutting-Edge Technology Platforms to Develop Digital Products

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf) once again held the Baparekraf Developer Day (BDD) 2025 at Pullman Bandung Grand Central, West Java. This annual event brought together various technology industry experts to share knowledge and experiences, aiming to enhance the capacity of Indonesia’s digital talent.
With the theme “Bridging the Digital Skills Gap: Paving the Way for Digital Indonesia”, BDD 2025 featured six learning tracks: Android Developer, Front-End Web, Machine Learning, Multi-Platform App, Back-End, and Data Scientist. The program was designed to sharpen the technical skills of developers in Indonesia.
Politeknik Piksi Ganesha takes great pride as one of its lecturers from the D3 Informatics Management Program, Karina Wahyu Noviyanti, S.Si., M.T., participated in this strategic event. Her involvement reflects the institution’s strong commitment to supporting faculty development in order to transfer the latest knowledge to students.
In addition, Politeknik Piksi Ganesha student Razaq Himawan Pratama Putra was selected as one of the student representatives to join this prestigious program. His participation marks an important step in preparing young generations to compete in the digital industry while also supporting the improvement of workforce competencies in the creative and digital sectors.
BDD 2024 was highlighted by various inspirational sessions, including a talkshow with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Dr. H. Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, BBA, MBA, as well as in-depth discussions with experts such as Dora Songco (Product Marketing Manager, Google Indonesia), representatives from AWS and DBS Indonesia, and Narenda Wicaksono (Chief Executive Officer, Dicoding). Participants also joined parallel technical sessions that equipped them with practical skills according to their respective areas of interest.
Through the participation of both lecturers and students in Baparekraf Developer Day 2025, Politeknik Piksi Ganesha further strengthens its commitment to supporting quality education, nurturing outstanding digital talent, and encouraging sustainable growth in the creative economy.
