Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Students Lead the Clean-Up After a Vibrant Flashmob!

Bandung, December 29, 2024 – After a lively and energetic flashmob at Tegallega Field, Politeknik Piksi Ganesha students took the initiative to lead a clean-up effort, ensuring the area was left spotless. The event, held on December 29, 2024, saw the active participation of staff, Taruna students, KIP recipients, and members of BEM and Ormawa, along with the heads of study programs. As part of their commitment to environmental sustainability, the clean-up effort was aligned with SDG 15: Life on Land, emphasizing the importance of protecting and restoring terrestrial ecosystems. By taking responsibility for the aftermath of such a large event, the participants also supported SDG 13: Climate Action, showcasing their dedication to combating environmental challenges.

Dressed in their purple flashmob t-shirts, the students worked together to collect trash, leaving the field in pristine condition while demonstrating the values of teamwork and environmental stewardship. The clean-up initiative was a testament to the campus community’s commitment to not only celebrating together but also preserving the environment for future generations. Politeknik Piksi Ganesha continues to inspire its community to embrace sustainable practices, making this clean-up a perfect example of how even fun and energetic activities can go hand-in-hand with environmental responsibility.
