Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Organizes Jamboree for POSYANDU Cadres in Maleer Sub-District to Enhance Knowledge and Motivation

Politeknik Piksi Ganesha, is proud to announce its collaboration with the Maleer Subdistrict Official to organize a Jamboree event for POSYANDU (Integrated Health Post) cadres in the Maleer Sub-District. This event aims to enhance the knowledge and motivation of these local health volunteers who play a crucial role in community healthcare.
The Jamboree, which took place on Desember 17, 2024, featured a range of engaging activities designed to equip the POSYANDU cadres with the skills and resources they need to effectively serve their communities. Highlights of the event included a cheerleading competition focused on stunting prevention, as well as comprehensive health education sessions covering various topics such as maternal and child health, nutrition, and disease prevention.

The Jamboree was a resounding success, 131 POSYANDU cadres in attendance, eager to learn and share best practices. The cheerleading competition, in particular, generated excitement and camaraderie among the participants, while the health education sessions provided them with valuable knowledge and tools to enhance their community outreach efforts.

Moving forward, Politeknik Piksi Ganesha and the Maleer Subdistrict Official plan to continue their collaborative efforts, exploring new ways to support and empower POSYANDU cadres in the region. By investing in the capacity-building of these local health volunteers, the institution aims to contribute to the overall improvement of community healthcare and the well-being of the people it serves.
